Meet our team

Adam has been at HSA & Co since 2002 and became a director in 2010. Adam is responsible for the continual development of the firm and places a lot of emphasis on preserving our strong culture and focus on delivering outstanding service.

Adam enjoys maintaining regular contact with clients, as well as overseeing the services delivered by the whole practice.

Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children and occasionally getting the chance to play golf.

Jonathan has been at HSA & Co since 2003 and became a director in 2008.

Jonathan is responsible for a broad client portfolio, from clients in the technology sector to those in manufacturing, construction and retail. He also heads our tax services where he enjoys helping clients plan for their future needs and minimising their tax exposure.

When not working with HSA & Co clients, he is a committed family man and is kept busy with his family of five. When time permits, he enjoys nothing more than a walk in the countryside and socialising with friends.

Dean started his accountancy career in 2008 when he joined HSA & Co. Having successfully progressed through the ranks he became a director in 2019.

He has varied accounts, commercial and taxation experience, which he uses to support the businesses and individuals that he works with. He is passionate about using cloud and digital accounting to make clients bookkeeping efficient which allows the business owner to concentrate on running their business. Dean heads our virtual finance team who provide our modern bookkeeping support services.

Outside of work, Dean enjoys spending time with his young family. Since 2014 he has been a member of Saffron Walden Round Table who support local charities, individuals and other good causes.

Carla joined HSA & Co in 2010 and quickly worked her way through the ranks and became a senior manager in 2025.

Carla is responsible for a broad client portfolio of predominantly owner managed businesses and uses her experience to assist business owners with the smooth financial running of their business as well as minimising their tax exposure. She also oversees the development and welfare of our people.

When not working with HSA & Co clients, she enjoys spending time with her family, from outdoor activities to museums and galleries. When she has a moment to herself, a good boot camp work out or yoga session is called for.

Charlotte joined HSA & Co in early 2013, having previously gained a number of years’ experience at an accountancy firm in Cambridge. She soon advanced through from completing her professional studies to becoming an Assistant Manager and then Manager.

Charlotte balances her day-to-day involvement in managing a varied portfolio of owner-managed businesses with preparing more complex accounts and tax returns.

When not at work she enjoys spending quality time with her family, keeping active and getting lost in a good book.

Liam has been at HSA & Co since 2016, where he completed his professional qualifications and progressed through the ranks to become a client manager.

He is responsible for a portfolio of clients that are a mixture of limited companies, sole traders, partnerships, and individual tax returns. He has a keen eye for tax savings and helping clients with growing their businesses.

When he is not at work, he enjoys playing football (when not injured), playing golf and socialising with friends.

Pamela has worked in payroll since 2016 and joined the payroll team at HSA & Co in 2019.

She oversees our payroll team providing payroll services to clients across a range of industries.

Payroll has seen many changes in recent years, including the implementation of Real Time Reporting (RTI), auto enrolment and, temporarily, furlough. Her strong technical expertise and dedication to being up to date with upcoming changes mean that she is well place to provide advice and support to her colleagues and clients alike.

When not at work, she enjoys travelling, trying new cuisine and going to the gym.

Having gained significant experience in administration roles in a variety of organisations, Sibyl joined HSA & Co in 2022.

Since joining, Sibyl has progressed to being the team leader for our Central Services team who provide essential support to our wider team. Sibyl and her team are often the first point of contact for our clients and ensure that their requirements are met.

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her two young daughters. Her hobbies include gardening and cooking. She is also a keen fossil hunter, travelling around the UK to pursue this hobby.

Gosia, who joined HSA & Co in 2015, is a supervisor in our Virtual Finance team which provides our business clients with outsourced bookkeeping and finance services using the latest technology.

Gosia has a broad range of accounting experience that she now uses to support her team and the clients that she works directly with. She is particularly passionate at streamlining internal finance systems and will often use the latest apps and software to achieve efficiencies.

When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her son, karaoke nights with friends or watching a good crime drama.

Kevin joined Moore & Co in 1998 where he worked as a senior accountant for many years before Moore & Co became part of HSA & Co in late 2022. As part of HSA & Co he progressed to be a client supervisor.

He is responsible for a portfolio of clients that are a mixture of limited companies, sole traders, partnerships, and individual tax returns. When not overseeing work, he is preparing accounts and tax returns.

When not working with HSA & Co clients, he enjoys spending time with his family. He has a keen interest in many sports and can often be found on the sidelines supporting his local football team.

Linzi joined HSA & Co from a well-established local firm of accountants in 2020 to commence a role as a senior accountant. She quickly progressed to being a client supervisor.

She is responsible for a portfolio of clients that are predominantly owner managed businesses as well as working on audit and assurance services for our larger clients. She has specialist skills in supporting our not-for profit organisations with independent examinations.

In her spare time she enjoys spending quality time with her family of four, attending live music of various genres, and gardening.

When he is not at work, Tim can usually be found exploring the local countryside with his wife and their cocker spaniel, Moose. He also enjoys watching live music and sport, trying to support his favoured rugby team, Saracens, whenever possible.

In his spare time, Joe is a first-degree black belt martial artist, a Sunday league footballer, an anime enjoyer, and a craft beer enthusiast.

Katie has been at HSA & Co since 2022 and completed her Master’s degree in International Social Policy in 2024.

Since joining, Katie has progressed to become the senior member of our Central Services team, which provides essential support to the wider team.
