An experienced and highly-capable management team is one of the many factors that underpins achieving the highest levels of client service.
Adam began his career with one of the UK’s top 40 national firms, before joining HSA in 2002. He qualified in 2006 and became a director in 2010.
Since becoming Managing Director in 2012, Adam has taken responsibility for the strategic development of the firm and, having worked at HSA & Co for many years, places a lot of emphasis on preserving its strong culture and focus on delivering outstanding service.
Adam enjoys maintaining regular contact with clients, as well as overseeing the services delivered by the whole practice, including the Audit Team.
Jonathan began his career in a large regional practice based in Cambridge until he qualified in 2003 and joined HSA & Co. He became a director in 2008.
Jonathan is responsible for a broad client portfolio, from clients in the Technology sector to those in manufacturing, construction and retail. He is very adept at thinking through complex matters efficiently and now coordinates the in-house Complex Tax Team, offering support to clients and other local professionals.
Dean has been at the firm for his entire accounting career, having joined in 2008 before commencing his professional training. He qualified in 2013.
Dean manages a varied client portfolio of owner-managed businesses, non-audit and audit clients from a broad range of industries. He has particular experience in tax planning and auditing.
Dean heads our cloud accounting team and is highly trained on supporting clients in this area, with knowledge on accounting and non-accounting cloud based software which can provide operational efficiencies to clients. He is a QuickBooks Online Certified Pro Advisor and a Xero Certified Advisor.
Laura joined the firm in 2010, having worked previously at a local firm. She qualified in 2013.
Laura manages a varied client portfolio of owner-managed businesses from a broad range of industries. She has particular experience in compliance with the Solicitors’ Accounts Rules and the Council for Licensed Conveyancers.
Laura is highly trained on supporting clients with cloud accounting, she is a Quickbooks Online Certified Pro Advisor and a Xero Certified Advisor.
Charlotte joined the firm in early 2013, having previously gained a number of years’ experience at an accountancy firm in Cambridge. She soon advanced through from completing her professional studies to becoming an Assistant Manager and then Manager.
Charlotte balances her day-to-day involvement in managing a varied portfolio of owner-managed businesses with preparing more complex accounts and tax returns.
Charlotte is highly trained on supporting clients with cloud accounting, she is a Quickbooks Online Certified Pro Advisor.
Carla joined the firm in 2010 and quickly progressed through the ranks, completing her AAT qualification in 2015. She worked as an Assistant Manager before becoming a Manager.
Carla balances her day-to-day involvement in managing a varied portfolio of owner-managed businesses with preparing more complex accounts and tax returns.
Carla is highly trained on supporting clients with cloud accounting, she is a Quickbooks Online Certified Pro Advisor and a Xero Certified Advisor.
