Our response
The well-being of our staff, clients and associates is our main priority. We have adopted policies, which are reviewed on an ongoing basis, to mitigate the risk of our staff being infected with or unknowingly transmitting COVID-19.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Regularly updating our staff on measures to limit the spread
- Encouraging the advised personal hygiene measures
- Cancelling all face-to-face meetings
- Organising all staff, that can, as quickly as possible to work from home
In 2019 we invested heavily in our IT and phone infrastructure that included creating a highly secure environment that staff can use to work from home. Staff working from home can continue to work and take calls as if they were at their desks in the office.
It is likely that we will, like so many businesses that rely on the expertise of their staff, face disruption.
We may have to review the commitments that we have made regarding the completion of work and services. We trust that you can appreciate that we will need to keep this under review and, dependant on the availability of staff to work, may need to reprioritise work accordingly.
If it does become necessary to reprioritise work and that will impact you, you will be contacted – we would hope for your understanding should that be necessary.
