Cloud accounting free drop-in support sessions

At HSA & Co we are advocates of cloud accounting and all of the benefits that it presents. To assist with this, we want to offer our clients the best support we can, presenting them with innovative ways of working to help save them time and improve their financial records.

Our free drop in support sessions typically help with the following areas:

  • How to use QuickBooks Online and Xero effectively
  • Setting up and amending sales invoice templates
  • How to create sales invoices and email them to customers
  • Setting up bank feeds and how to use them efficiently
  • Where and how to post specific transactions
  • Adding users with restricted access rights
  • Setting up and using purchase invoice capturing software (Receipt Bank)
  • Reassurance that you are doing things correctly
  • Producing reports to check on profits, who owes you money, and who you owe money to
  • Troubleshooting and guidance on using advanced features

Our drop-in sessions are designed to support you after your initial introduction to the software and detailed training has been completed. They do not replace the need for managed data conversion, set-up and integration, or detailed training for first time users.

To ensure that we can offer you the best support, groups are limited to a maximum of five people. Remote support sessions are on a one to one basis. To book your place simply follow the link below and select a date and time that is convenient for you.
